To reserve a seat, please complete the form below and agree to the contractual terms and conditions. You DO NOT have to come to our office. All "paperwork" will be completed and signed at the classroom location you attend.

We offer a variety of payment options to best meet your needs:

1- Online or Credit Card Payment: Pay quickly and securely online through this form or by using Visa or Mastercard at our office or by phone at (613) 737-9595. Please note that a 2.95% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
2- Debit Card: Walk-in customers can pay using their debit card at our Walkley location: 1245 Walkley Rd., Ground Floor Ottawa, ON K1V 9S5.
3- Cash: For those paying in person, we accept cash payments only at our Walkley location: 1245 Walkley Rd., Ground Floor Ottawa, ON K1V 9S5.
4- E-transfer: You can also make payments via e-transfer to majed.watt@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE: Until payment is received your seat is not confirmed, after completing day 2 of the in-class, there is no refund or withdrawal option allowed. For more details please contact (613) 737-9595
